CHILDHOOD. I want to capture the beauty, the messiness, the loud and the quiet of childhood. My photographs are meant to be quiet observations into children’s lives. I want to capture them as they really are, in their environment, as they work, play, and learn. Time and growing older has always fascinated me and when I became a mother and watched my own children start to grow I became even more fascinated with the passage of time, a nostalgia for those days gone by.
